Leroy Callihan Obituary

Leroy "Lee" Callihan, 74, Bolden, La passed away on September 24, 2023. Leroy was full of life and always willing to lend a helping hand. He had a contagious laugh and was known for his hard work. Leroy would work from sunup to sundown. Leroy was a great cook and enjoyed dancing. He was truly a loving person and a joy to be around. He spent a lot of his time under the care of Deonica, Keevas, and Marvin Fontenot. They were very near and dear to him and loved him wholeheartedly.

Leroy is survived by his brothers Benjamin Callihan Jr, Clarence Callihan (Mary Jane0, and one sister Verdie L. Hudson (Vernon). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Leroy was preceded in death by his father Benjamin Callihan Sr., mother Joyce M. Callihan, Brothers Wiley Callihan and Richard Callihan, and sisters Willie Mae Holmes and Mary Fontenot.
