His Legacy
Dever R Linsey Sr Was born on July 2 1933 one of thirteen(13) children to Mr C.D and Rosie Linsey in Chappell Hill Texas.He attended Peterville School and later moved to Houston.
In 1965 he married the love of his life,Priscilla Webb.To this union there were four children.His hobby was upholstery and taking his children fishing he didnt like catfish but if you told him it was red fish he loved it lol.
He started working when he arrived in Houston at western Furniture, where he worked until he started working with WKM valve. He was employed with them for over 30 years until he was forced to retire because his eyesight was going bad which eventually lead to Ray going blind.
He was Preceded in death by his parents C.B & Rosie: His Loving wife Priscilla W.Linsey,Sisters,Vernell.Lizzie & Ethel;Brothers C.B,Willie B,James, L.V,John,Tommy Lee,and Joe Linsey.
To cherish his memories he leaves:5 children:Joseph (Mickey),Connie,Dever,Rayshon (katie) Linsey and Darrell(Yolanda) Gray.
