Arthur Lee Bell Sr. passed away December 22, 2022, at the age of 65. He was born on February 7,1957 to the late Walter Bell Sr. and Ida O’Neal. Arthur graduated from Washington High in 1975. He later moves to Houston, TX to pursue his career as a Laborer in construction for over 40 years.

In 1973 Arthur met Fay on Buhot St in Washington, LA. Arthur and Fay drifted apart in their teenage years but later rejoined their lives in becoming husband and wife in 1999.

In 2020 Arthur retired from the construction world. He spent his time playing lotto, cooking, watching boxing matches and every sport that was on tv, but football was his favorite. Arthur knew everyone and a was known for having a “GIFT OF GAB”.

He leaves to cherish his memory wife Fay A. Bell of Houston, TX, five children Tachaka Jackson and Evette Noel both of Houston, TX, Reginald Jackson of Washington, DC, Arthur Bell Jr and Jamal Noel both of Houston, TX. His brother Abraham Bell of Houston, TX and his sister Margreta England of Washington, LA. Sister in laws Ella Washington and Pamela Lockett both of Houston, TX. Five very love grandsons Jaddyn Coleman, Jamal Noel Jr, Archie Bell, Jakiha and Malachi Noel all of Houston, TX; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Bell Sr and Ida O’Neal; Two sisters Rita Bell and Pearl Roy both of Washington,LA; Two brothers Walter Bell Jr and LawerenceBell both of Washington,LA.
